This is an individually scheduled consult for nutritional therapy and metabolic health coaching, for those NOT enrolled in one of my package programs. (If you have a  coaching or assessment package, and/or are enrolled in the Mastering Metabolism self-paced program, then you have a discount available for adding additional coaching sessions.
