What is Zero Balancing?

Zero Balancing is a powerful body-mind therapy that focuses on "bone energy."

Developed by a man who was both an osteopath and an acupuncturist, ZB focuses especially on bone tissue itself, and key joints of the skeleton, that together conduct and balance forces of gravity, posture and movement. Finger pressures and gentle tractions are used to ease areas of tension and blocked energy in the bones, joints, soft tissues and energy fields.

A Zero Balancing session leaves you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization, as well as helping to ease physical aches and pains.

Individual sessions: $165 With New Office special of just $50 for your first ZB!

Package of 3 sessions: $420 With New Office special package price is $360 for 3 sessions. Save $60!

Client Comments on Zero Balancing

After receiving 7 sessions over a 4 month period, M.C. wrote:

"I just actually trotted up some stairs. On THAT hip and everything! Haven't done that in years.

Also, morning feeding the horses is a joy again, and I think of you with gratitude each time I'm loving the birdsong at dawn instead of dreading carrying hay to yet another paddock. Thank you!"

After her first 3 ZB sessions, and returning home to Sweden, A.E. wrote:

"I wanted to let you know how much better I still am! It feels as if those three sessions started a process, that kept working and still does. My shoulder is so much better. I still have to be careful, but it’s actually almost healed. My thumb tendon is in principal completely healed, I almost didn’t feel any pain at all since the first session. My hip and my lower back are still bugging me, but only at night, which is a big change. And my hip is actually hurting much less.
So, I’ve had also friends starting googling to find someone practising ZB.
I do hope that it will come also to Sweden."

After years of partial progress with other approaches, and now adding ZB sessions in the past year, D.S. writes:

"Zero Balancing has created an evenness in my body that nothing else has accomplished. This new state of balance has given me a chance to build the muscles responsible for maintaining good position and my chronic symptoms seem to have disappeared entirely. It's short of miraculous.

While I’ll continue to receive other self-care treatments, if I was forced to choose only one, ZB is the single most important treatment I won't ever compromise.

As a personal trainer and massage therapist, I've been working to create balance in my body for years now. From a chronic low back problem to limited neck rotation to constant aches down the right arm all the way to the palm, various treatments have been akin to catching grasshoppers - as soon as you open your hand to see if you indeed caught it, it leaps out.

Megan’s ZB sessions helped me move past the persistent injury patterns that the other treatments didn’t fully resolve.
I'll still do all the same self-care I did before, like massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and daily exercise, but with ZB I can actually make progress.

And ZB not only shifted my body, it improved my awareness outside my body also. For example, it deepened the relationship with my children in ways that I couldn't have imagined. This change in me opened channels of clear communication, increased our understanding of each other, and softened my parenting style from one of stressed sternness to more genuine and kind.

A life-long rider's experience with her ZB results so far writes:

"ZB has given me more confidence. I ride horses, and started ZB to improve my balance and feel. Now I can feel if my leg is hanging in the right space on the horse's side, and I can tell better how much pressure I'm using. Most important, I can tell when I'm sitting in the middle of the horse! I've had leaning issues and was a "one-sided rider." Now I"m almost ambidextrous!

I also feel that I walk more balanced. I've always been "a little clumsy." Now I can lift a leg and not lean off to one side; maintaining posture. I can also go hiking and cross logs over rivers without getting anxious. This has all happened because ZB has helped me find my center!

After her first ZB session, seeking help especially for her chronic hip issue, and also a couple of bodywork sessions for each of her horses, A.N.  wrote:

"Gosh, you know, I was just SO tired the day after our session. But in a really good way - not in a "spent" sort of way. I had a GREAT lesson on my horse on Tuesday too, I definitely didn't feel the same strange angle of my right hip in the saddle like I have been and probably did some of the best canter work I've ever done. Everything just felt more connected in the movement and it was a different feeling movement than it's ever been, so that's pretty interesting (and cool!). I've had a few moments where my hip was threatening to be a little achy, but its actually been very quiet comparatively. The horses both seem to be feeling really good too.
